Use this donation calculator to find, calculate, and document the value of non-cash donations. There are sections for appliances, clothing, household goods, furniture, and more. Each section contains a list of commonly donated items with values based on Goodwill, Salvation Army, and other charity price lists for low, average, or high-quality items. You can scroll up and down the list by clicking inside the spreadsheet and using your mouse scroll wheel or arrow up or down or the Pg Up and Pg Dn buttons on your keyboard.
Entering Data
Enter the number of items you donate in the appropriate Qty column. Your totals will calculate automatically when you do. If you don’t find a description of the items you donated, there is a section at the bottom of the spreadsheet where you can type in a description and provide the value.
Exporting or Printing
You can download a copy of this spreadsheet to save on your computer or print. Click on the download icon in the black ribbon at the bottom of the spreadsheet.
